1. About Asayew
Asayew connects advertisers with Telegram channel owners who offer advertising packages. It provides tools to discover channels, manage advertising requests and payments, publish approved ads, and view activity.
Asayew does not own the listed Telegram channels. Channel owners are responsible for their channels, packages and decisions to accept or reject advertising. These platform terms apply to both advertisers and channel owners, alongside any applicable channel-specific advertising rules.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must be authorized to represent any business or organization you act for.
- Provide accurate account, receiving-account, payment and verification information.
- Protect your Telegram account and report suspected unauthorized access.
- Follow applicable laws and Telegram’s terms.
- Do not impersonate others, submit false documents or use multiple accounts to manipulate transactions, referrals or platform activity.
3. Advertising content
Advertisers are responsible for all text, images, links, offers and claims in their ads. You must have permission to use intellectual property and personal information included in your content.
The following are prohibited:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, malware and misleading financial offers.
- Illegal goods, services or activities.
- Sexual exploitation, child abuse material and non-consensual intimate content.
- Threats, incitement to violence, targeted harassment and hateful content.
- False or deceptive claims, including fabricated endorsements.
- Violations of privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Attempts to bypass review, payment or access controls.
Regulated advertising may require additional approval. Channel owners may impose stricter content rules.
4. Advertiser responsibilities
Before submitting an ad, review the selected channel, package price, number of posts, duration, pinning terms, verification requirements and channel-specific rules.
Submitting an ad authorizes reservation of its price in your channel-account wallet. Owner approval authorizes the purchase charge and publication. Treat submitted content as final unless editing is expressly available.
Advertising does not guarantee views, reactions, clicks, subscribers, leads or sales. Recommendations, subscriber counts and activity indicators are informational, not performance promises.
5. Channel-owner responsibilities
You must have authority to manage your channel and sell advertising placements. Before creating a channel account, you must expressly confirm that authority.
- Describe packages accurately and keep prices and rules current.
- Review advertising requests in good faith.
- Maintain the bot permissions needed to deliver accepted packages.
- Maintain sufficient platform balance to cover applicable fees.
- Honor the package terms recorded when a purchase is accepted.
- Do not misrepresent audience activity, manufacture transactions or approve false receipts.
Once an ad is approved and published, the channel owner must leave it as delivered for the whole paid period. In particular, the channel owner must not:
- delete, edit, forward-replace, hide or otherwise modify the ad message(s) posted by the Asayew bot;
- unpin a pinned ad, pin another message over it, or otherwise remove it from the pinned position before its paid pin window ends;
- restrict comments, mute the post, move it down with mass posting, or take similar steps whose effect is to reduce the ad’s visibility below what the package promised;
- remove or restrict the bot’s permissions in a way that prevents scheduled reposts, pinning or unpinning.
If a placement is removed, altered or demoted in breach of this section, Asayew treats it as non-delivery: the advertiser may be refunded in full from the owner’s obligations, the platform fee is not returned to the owner, and the channel account may be restricted. Genuine legal or safety takedowns must be reported to Asayew support immediately with the reason.
Removing the bot or changing permissions does not remove responsibility for outstanding advertising commitments.
6. Payments and balances
Amounts are in Ethiopian birr (ETB). Advertisers transfer payment to the channel owner’s specified account and submit evidence for review. Uploading a receipt is not confirmation of payment; the receiving owner or authorized reviewer must verify the transfer.
An advertiser wallet belongs to a particular channel account. Its balance is not automatically transferable to another channel account and is not a general-purpose bank account.
Channel owners separately fund their platform balance. Asayew’s applicable service fee is deducted when an advertising purchase is approved. Owner platform funding is separate from advertiser wallet funding.
Check the provider, recipient, account number and amount before transferring money. Report incorrect or duplicate transfers promptly. Recovery depends on the recipient and payment provider and is not guaranteed.
7. Rejections, cancellations and non-delivery
Rejected ads and cancellations made while cancellation is available release the reserved price to the advertiser’s wallet. Releasing a reservation is not a cash refund to a bank or mobile wallet.
If an approved ad has never successfully published, report it to Asayew for review. Asayew may arrange a publication retry or an agreed replacement. If delivery cannot be completed, Asayew will return the full purchase price to the same advertiser wallet, reverse the corresponding platform fee to the channel owner’s platform balance, and reverse any associated referral reward. No automatic refund deadline is promised; an administrator verifies non-delivery before issuing the remedy. A replacement requires the advertiser’s agreement and does not remove this remedy if it also cannot be delivered.
An ad currently being published cannot be refunded until its delivery outcome is established. Ads with any delivery, including partially delivered multi-post packages, require individual review. Poor results alone do not establish non-delivery.
Unused wallet balances and requests for cash refunds must be raised with the channel owner and Asayew support (https://t.me/asayew_official?direct). Channel-specific rules cannot override mandatory legal rights or excuse fraud or deliberate non-delivery.
8. Referrals
Referral rewards apply only to validly attributed new users and qualifying platform fees. Sign-ups and wallet deposits alone do not earn rewards. Self-referrals, fabricated purchases, collusion and manipulation are prohibited.
Attribution is fixed when a new user joins and cannot later be changed or added to an existing account. Buyers and sellers cannot earn referral rewards on their own sale; inactive referrers and platform administrators are ineligible.
Advertiser-side and channel-owner-side referral shares are independent, initially 10% for the advertiser side and 10% for the channel-owner side of the actual platform fee charged. These configurable shares do not change the platform service fee rate. Each share is between 0% and 100%, and together they cannot exceed 100%. An absent or ineligible side's share stays with Asayew; it is not transferred to the other side. Rewards are rounded down separately to whole ETB, then combined into one reward per sale for a person who referred both sides.
Rates and program terms are recorded at approval. A qualifying reward is granted only after the first successful publication, not for reposts. The earning window starts with the referred user's first qualifying sale. Historical sales and rewards recorded with a single pooled share retain that pooled calculation and their original terms. Telegram earning notices are best-effort: delays or duplicate notices do not change the recorded reward or its holding period.
Commission shares, earning windows, holding periods and withdrawal minimums follow the program terms recorded for the relevant activity. Withdrawals require accurate receiving-account details and review. Participation does not guarantee income.
Refunds, invalid activity and corrections may reverse rewards. Previously withdrawn amounts may be deducted from future earnings or become repayable. Future program changes do not retrospectively reduce valid recorded earnings except for corrections, refunds or misuse.
9. Verification and information
Asayew may request information needed to verify accounts, investigate disputes and process transactions. Information needed for a transaction may be shared with the relevant channel owner, authorized reviewers, payment providers or administrators. Do not upload another person’s private information without a lawful basis. Contact Asayew support with questions about your information.
10. Availability
Asayew depends on Telegram, hosting services and payment providers. Interruptions and permission changes may delay or prevent service. Asayew will take reasonable steps to address failures, but uninterrupted availability and exact publication timing are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. The non-delivery policy above continues to apply.
11. Restrictions
Asayew may restrict accounts, content or transactions when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, enforce these terms or comply with legal requirements. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit legitimate balances or earnings. Outstanding funds and commitments will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law. You may request review through Asayew support.
12. Disputes and responsibility
Report disputes promptly and provide receipts, transaction references and advertising details. Advertisers remain responsible for their content; channel owners remain responsible for accepted placements. Asayew may assist but cannot guarantee recovery of funds held by another party. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes and acceptance
Asayew identifies each version of these terms and announces material updates on https://t.me/asayew_official. You accept the terms once, when you first use the platform; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently rewrite completed purchases. Acceptance records your user identity, the version you agreed to and the timestamp.
